Amazonite’s Rugged Mint-Green Charm

Pale mint-green and blue-green give this raw amazonite a gentle colour palette, but its outline is anything but smooth. Irregular edges, shallow grooves and angular shapes bring a rugged character to the softer shades, with small beige-toned areas adding an earthy note.

White lines intersect across the uneven surfaces, while white patches and grey areas interrupt the green. Soft highlights on the front and upper faces draw attention to their contours, contrasting with darker shading along the sides. There is plenty to explore in these shifts of light and colour.

The markings suggest a small, imagined landscape: pale paths crossing green fields, bordered by rough, unfinished edges. Follow one white line and it meets another, turning the surface into a network of unexpected crossings.
