Rhyolite Drop, a Little World in Green
Olive and yellow-green mingle across this rhyolite pendant, interrupted by pale green, cream-white and dark grey-green patches. Some patches are rounded, others irregular, with fine dark lines tracing their edges. Bright white reflections catch across the glossy face, adding crisp flashes to the mottled colours. The rounded drop outline narrows at the top and opens into a broader curve below, giving the intricate pattern a simple, flowing frame.
There is a small world to imagine within those markings: green islands and pale shores reflected in still water. Its charm lies in the contrast between the smooth-looking face and all those wandering boundaries—little dark contours that turn each patch of colour into a place of its own.
