A Pale Jade Drop, Softly Lit
Very pale greenish-white gives this jade pendant a delicate presence, while a soft white highlight rests across its smooth-looking front. Its elongated drop shape narrows at the top and rounds out below, drawing the eye along one continuous curve. The charm lies in that restrained outline: slender above, gently full at the base.
The drop has a simple, graceful character. It brings to mind an imagined garden beneath a canopy of leaves, with one pale bead of dew poised before falling. In that little world, the white highlight becomes a tiny opening in the leaves, reflected in the rounded end of a single suspended drop.
