Iron Tiger Eye’s Cavern of Colour
Dark reddish-brown and near-black give Iron Tiger Eye a rich, shadowy character, broken by ochre-yellow and blue-toned patches. Bands and streaks cross its smooth, glossy surfaces, where bright white highlights stand out. Rounded, irregular contours soften even the more block-like shapes.
The palette suggests a small, imagined cavern: dark walls threaded with ochre, blue shadows tucked into recesses, and flashes of white light. There is something inviting in the contrast between those deep colours and the softened corners, like rugged rock given a gentler outline.
