Irai Jasper’s Colourful Little Landscapes
Dark green meets reddish-brown and rusty orange in Irai jasper, with cream, white and pale grey breaking up the deeper colours. The mottled patches hold plenty to explore: fine speckling, irregular pale streaks and soft transitions between light and dark. Broad white reflections sweep across the smooth, glossy curves, adding brightness to the earthy palette.
Rounded edges give these stones a pebble-like character, with oval, oblong and roughly triangular outlines lending the visible forms their own rhythm. Their colours invite a little imaginative wandering: an archipelago of green islands and rust-coloured shores, crossed by pale waterways.
