Chrysocolla pendant – 925 silver

A Little Green World in Chrysocolla

Turquoise-green mingles with deeper green across this chrysocolla pendant, broken by irregular patches of white and cream. Dark speckles and fine brown lines reward a closer look: a pale patch here, a delicate branching path there.

The rounded teardrop is narrower at the top and fuller toward the bottom, giving all that mottled colour a gentle outline. Bright highlights catch on the smooth, glossy face and the 925 silver detail, adding small flashes to the greens.

The pattern could be a tiny river landscape: cream-coloured terraces above green pools, with brown tributaries threading between them. In that imagined world, even the dark speckles have a part to play, like little islands glimpsed from above.
