A Little World in Black Onyx
This black onyx sphere draws the eye with its smooth, glossy surface and rounded outline. Broad, pale rectangular reflections stretch across the dark face, accompanied by curved highlights. Near the lower edge, the black softens into dark grey, while scattered tiny light specks interrupt the sheen.
Seen as a little imagined world, it suggests an island after dusk, with pale light reflected on dark water. The rectangular gleams become distant windows, and a curved highlight traces a bright shore around the darkness.
