Angelite, a Little Cove of Blue
Pale blue and blue-grey give Angelite its gentle colour, with whitish flecks and cloudy patches breaking up the surface. These rounded, pebble-like stones have irregular outlines, from oval to roughly triangular, softened by broad curved edges. Their surfaces look smooth and mostly matte; fine pale speckling gives the blue a delicate texture rather than a uniform finish.
Soft highlights catch the upper curves. The colours suggest an imagined sheltered cove, its blue-grey water edged with wisps of white foam. One stone carries more pronounced grey-brown mottling—a small, earthy interruption that makes the surrounding blue seem all the more tender.
