Tourmaline, Dark Ridges and Glints of Light
Black dominates this tourmaline pendant, broken by grey patches and bright reflections that pick out its uneven surface. Its elongated, roughly rectangular outline has angular edges rather than a softly rounded silhouette. Ridges, grooves and rough-looking patches give the dark body a textured character, with light catching here and there across its contours.
The small silver-coloured hanging loop adds a bright note above the black body. If you let the shape suggest a miniature landscape, its ridges might become a dark cliff face, with grey ledges and narrow flashes of light. That contrast is the pendant’s charm: a strong, angular form with small gleams tucked among its grooves.
