Rose Quartz in a Gentle Hexagon
Pale pink and cloudy white meet in the Rose Quartz Hexagon pendant, giving its simple outline a soft, wandering pattern. The smooth, glossy faces catch bright reflections, while bevelled edges and slightly softened corners temper the six-sided geometry. Wispy markings draw the eye inward, beyond the clean outline.
Rose quartz beads dating to around 7000 BCE have been recorded from ancient Mesopotamia. That glimpse of the past offers a lovely counterpoint to this pendant’s shape: the same crystal family encountered in an ancient bead form, here presented as a gentle hexagon.
The cloudy streaks suggest an imagined canopy of pale leaves, their outlines dissolving into pink light. At the top, the silver-coloured fittings catch a crisp white gleam—a small, bright accent above the softer patterns within.
