Howlite’s Little World of White and Grey
The Howlite Drop pendant has a white body crossed by irregular, branching grey markings. Its outline narrows at the top and opens into a broad, rounded base, giving those lines room to wander. Bright reflections catch on the smooth, glossy curve of its front.
Howlite takes its name from Henry How, the chemist and mineralogist who first described the mineral. Behind the name is a human connection—a different kind of detail to appreciate alongside the pendant’s branching pattern.
There is a small island world to imagine here: white shores, grey channels and a glint of light across still water. Against the softly rounded outline, the irregular markings feel like coastlines on a little map, each branch tracing another inlet.
