Blue Quartz: Soft Colour, Untamed Edges
Mottled blue-grey, grey and white give this raw blue quartz a softly shifting palette, with occasional pale beige patches adding a little warmth. Its outlines are anything but smooth: chunky, irregular forms have angular edges, broad flat-looking faces and uneven corners. The contrast is inviting—gentle colour held within a rugged shape, with something different to notice across each surface.
Small, scattered highlights brighten the grainy-looking surfaces. These colours suggest an imagined luminous cavern, its pale walls interrupted by shadowed ledges and unexpected turns. A few bright points would be enough to trace the uneven corners through the blue-grey.
