A blue sphere with a cloudlike heart
The blue quartz sphere pendant brings pale-blue and whitish patches into a smooth, glossy centre. Fine mottling gives the blue a softly clouded look, while bright highlights pick out its rounded surface. Silver-coloured bands curve around the sphere, overlapping in a shiny frame that contrasts with the hazy colour within.
It has the look of a tiny sky held inside sweeping arcs: a small world of drifting pale shapes. There is something endearing about that miniature scale—a little blue globe with room for an imagined horizon.
