Angelite’s Gentle Colours, Rugged Contours

Blue-grey and off-white mingle across this angelite in softly mottled patches, with hints of pale beige tucked into some crevices. Much of the surface looks matte, while raised areas appear brighter against the darker recesses. Those small contrasts bring a lively rhythm to an otherwise gentle palette.

Its upright, irregular shape broadens towards the bottom, with rounded lobes giving the outline an uneven charm. Small pits and numerous fine cracks interrupt the knobbly surface, offering little details to follow from one rise to the next. You might see a miniature landscape in these contours: mist-coloured hills and narrow, shadowed valleys.
