A dark drop with glimmers of light
The Tourmaline pendant – Drop brings a rich contrast of near-black colour and bright white reflections. Its elongated outline narrows at the top and opens into a broader, rounded lower end. Across the glossy face, pale flecks and fine, intersecting light-coloured lines break up the darkness, while small brown-orange patches bring a warmer note to the edges.
The contrast feels bold, but the details are delicate: a thin pale line crossing another, a tiny fleck interrupting the black. Together they suggest an imagined cove after dark, its water holding a loose scattering of stars. In that little scene, the warm brown-orange areas at the edge become glimpses of shoreline, giving the dark drop a surprisingly intimate landscape.
