Stromatolite’s Winding Earth Tones

Cream, tan and dark brown gather in closely spaced, wavy bands across this stromatolite fossil pendant. Its rounded-square outline gives those wandering lines a softly curved frame, while the glossy face catches bright reflections. Above it, the silver-coloured top loop adds a smaller glint: a light accent against the warm, varied pattern below.

One narrow orange-brown stripe draws the eye from the top towards the lower right, a vivid thread within the darker curves. There is something garden-like in the pattern, if you let your imagination follow it—terraces bending around one another, pale paths crossing rich brown ground. The bands offer many small turns to explore, but that slender stripe gives the whole face its own unmistakable direction.
