Smoky Quartz’s Amber Glimmers
Dark smoky quartz has a rich contrast: deep brown shades approach black, while lighter amber-brown areas bring warmth to the glossy surfaces. Bright white reflections interrupt the darkness like small windows of light. The irregularly rounded outlines vary from oval to elongated and tapered, giving these pebble-like forms a character that feels individual rather than perfectly uniform.
The forms suggest miniature night landscapes, lit here and there by amber glimmers. Look closer, and small uneven patches break the mostly smooth finish—a little roughness among the shine.
