Serpentinite Drop, a Landscape in Green
Yellow-green sweeps across this serpentinite pendant, interrupted by deeper green patches and fine cream-to-white lines. Broad areas of colour meet delicate, irregular threads, giving the mottled surface a lively rhythm. Bright white highlights catch on the curved front, bringing a clear gleam to its smooth, glossy appearance.
The asymmetrical drop narrows at the top and broadens towards a rounded bottom, giving the outline a character of its own. Let the markings become an imagined landscape, and those darker patches could turn into green river terraces, crossed by pale, wandering waterways. The contrast is especially appealing: a softly rounded shape holding a network of fine lines, each taking its own uneven path through the green.
