Quartz Pendant – Light Beneath Wings
Two upward-curving wings crown this quartz pendant, their silver-coloured ridges layered like feathers. Beneath them, a narrow, elongated section ends in a point, its largely colourless, transparent appearance interrupted by whitish lines and patches. Bright reflections trace the angular edges, while the smooth-looking flat faces contrast with the textured decoration above.
There is a lovely balance between the lifted wings and the slender point below: one shape opens outward, the other draws the eye down. In an imagined sky, this pendant could be a slender shard of daylight sheltered beneath two lifted wings.
