A Little Island World in Prehnite

The pictured prehnite pendants move between pale green and yellow-green, their smooth, glossy faces carrying cloudy mottling and fine irregular lines. One has prominent dark brown and near-black patches; the other holds smaller dark marks, giving each pictured example its own distinctive pattern.

An elongated oval contrasts with an irregular, rounded teardrop. Bright white reflections shine on their curved faces, and parts of the green bodies appear translucent. Their 925 sterling silver detail catches a little brightness too, echoing the highlights below.

Seen as an imagined landscape, the dark patches become little islands in a green lagoon. The cloudy colour suggests water veiled by mist, with each fine line a winding route between darker shores.
