Peridot’s Flicker of Lime
Yellow-green and lime-green mingle in this peridot, with pale, almost colourless areas offering a softer contrast. Bright white highlights skim the glossy surfaces, while transparent areas give way to translucent cloudiness. Fine lines and cloudy patches draw the eye beneath the shine, adding delicate interruptions to the fresh green colour.
Rounded edges meet angular corners, and elongated forms give the irregular outlines a wandering rhythm. In an imagined cavern, these greens could become luminous walls, with pale windows opening into the darkness.
