Lithomanite Raw

A rugged landscape in miniature

Lithomanite Raw invites a closer look: dark grey to black surfaces are densely patterned with white and light grey flecks, broken here and there by tan and rusty-orange patches. Rough-looking contours reveal small angular faces and shallow recesses. Bright points of light pick out the uneven surface, while soft shadows deepen the contrast around its pale markings.

Those irregular edges lend themselves to a little make-believe. In an imagined terraced garden, the light streaks could become narrow paths winding between dark stone steps, with warm patches suggesting small beds of autumn colour. Follow that miniature landscape for a moment, then return to the visible detail: a rusty-orange accent tucked among the grey and white, lending warmth to the rugged pattern.
