Girasol’s Soft Light and Jagged Edges
Girasol moves between milky white and almost colourless, with clearer areas opening through its cloudy appearance. Bright white highlights catch along the faces and edges, giving this raw piece a gentle brightness without smoothing away its uneven character. Some surfaces look flatter, marked by fine lines; others appear rougher, so the pale colour never feels entirely uniform.
Its angular outline brings a different energy to that softness. Jagged edges and occasional pointed corners give the shape a lively, untamed character. You might picture a miniature winter thicket, with translucent gaps between pale branches and white light caught at their tips. That imagined scene begins with a simple, visible contrast: milky white softness held within a jagged, pointed outline.
