Warm Curves in Crazy Lace Agate
Cream, white and pale grey bands weave around yellow and orange areas in this crazy lace agate pendant. Their wavering lines give the face a gently layered rhythm, while fine, grain-like details add a smaller pattern within some of the bands. Bright white highlights catch across the smooth, glossy-looking surface, setting the soft colours against a flash of light.
The asymmetrical drop narrows at one end and opens into a broader curve at the other. These winding bands might become paths through an imagined terraced garden, with warm orange beds enclosed by pale walkways. In that little landscape, there are no straight avenues—only curved paths finding their way around pockets of yellow and orange.
