Even a small request is still an interruption in your day. Sending and managing these requests also requires time and resources that we would rather devote to preparing your orders, improving the shop and taking care of you.
This does not mean that we no longer want to hear from you—quite the opposite. If something needs attention, if you have an idea, or if you simply want to send us a few words of thanks, please write, call or connect with us in whichever way feels easiest.
